These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and IQKid Academy (Reg. 200503140006) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the owner and operator of the Exambees platform located at https://exambees.iqkid.edu.my/ (the “Platform”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Exambees platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or enroll in our courses.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, including purchasing and viewing courses, you must register for an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect that multiple users are accessing the platform via a single account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without a refund.

3. Course Access and Usage

When you enroll in a course on Exambees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• You may not download, record, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any video, text, or downloadable material from the platform unless explicitly permitted by the course instructor.
• Lifetime access (if offered) refers to the lifetime of the course on the platform. We reserve the right to remove or modify course content at any time due to legal or operational reasons.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

All payments must be made in full before course access is granted.

• Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our courses at any time. Past purchases will not be affected by future price changes.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the courses and materials provided on Exambees, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and access to the course content is granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. User-Generated Content and Conduct

Exambees may allow students to post reviews, participate in discussion forums, or submit assignments. By posting content, you grant us the right to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You agree not to post any content that is:

• Abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing.
• Promotional spam or unsolicited advertising.
• In violation of any third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content and terminate accounts that violate these community guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and design elements on the Exambees platform (including logos, course videos, text, and graphics) are the exclusive property of Exambees and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Exambees and its instructors provide the courses “as is” and make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career advancements, or test results from taking our courses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exambees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
